At Dolly J, every creation is thoughtfully crafted to order, reflecting the brand’s commitment to couture artistry, exceptional craftsmanship, and personalised luxury. Each garment is meticulously made based on the client’s selected design details, measurements, and custom preferences, ensuring a truly bespoke experience.
Returns & Exchanges
As all orders are individually created and tailored specifically for the client, they cannot be resold, exchanged, or repurposed. Therefore, all purchases are subject to a strict No Refund and No Exchange Policy, including bespoke, customised, made-to-order, and discounted pieces.
Order Cancellation
- Within 12 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a 100% refund.
- After 12 hours of placing the order: No refund will be applicable, as the order may have entered the production process.
Measurements & Order Information
Clients are requested to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase.
If the required measurements or order-related information are not provided within six (6) months from the date of order confirmation, the order will be considered cancelled and will remain non-refundable.
Product Variations
Chikankari Ensembles: Due to the handcrafted nature of Chikankari embroidery, slight variations in motifs and placement may occur and should be considered a unique characteristic of the craft.
Color & Appearance: While we strive to accurately represent our products, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings, display resolutions, and device calibrations.
Quality Assurance
Every Dolly J creation undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, our Customer Care team will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
